Jimuu Estimate/Invoice is an app that helps busy people work efficiently.
This Jimuu estimate/invoice allows you to easily create estimates and invoices on your iPhone. Furthermore, you can send it by email, fax, or mail to the recipient.
Inevitably, I'm in a hurry during the day. However, the customer has asked for a quotation. It would be a waste if you got home at night and worked on your computer or wasted your precious Sunday doing paperwork.
Therefore, what I would like to recommend is this app that allows you to do paperwork in small chunks of time or during your lunch break.

[Jimuu quotation/invoice functions]
・To create a quote, simply enter the destination (customer name), product name, and amount.
- Once entered, the destination (customer name) and product name will be registered within the app. Next time you want to create a quote for the same destination or the same product, just select it.
・Creating an invoice is even easier than creating an estimate. You can carry over the contents of the estimate, and of course you can change the amount etc.
・Estimates/invoices can be sent via email. You can also save it as a PDF by sending it to your computer via email.
・In addition, estimates/invoices can be sent by fax. Invoices can also be mailed. (To use fax/mail, you will need to purchase coins separately from the coin purchase menu.)
- Can also be used as a product ledger or customer ledger.
[Introducing the premium plan]
・This is a paid service that can be used on a monthly basis.
- Newly created data is automatically saved to the cloud (jobs, customers, products, profiles). Work data created or modified while using the premium plan is saved in the cloud. Additionally, all customer and product data on the device is saved to the cloud. There is no need to enter customer and product information from scratch on the newly migrated terminal.
・Data can be transferred to two or more devices and work can be performed. However, you will need to log out and log in when using it on other devices. Only one device can be logged in at the same time.
- When changing models, you can start work with customer and product data registered. Also, work data created while using the premium plan can be carried over. Migration between OSs is also possible. (However, model-dependent characters may not be displayed correctly.)
・You can apply from the "Premium Plan" menu in the app. Please check the terms of use, period, amount, etc. before applying. Coins are required.
- After the premium plan expiration date, data stored in the cloud will be deleted at our discretion after 30 days. (Data on your device will not be erased)
