Missed out on the Utah State Stay for 4 bonus because the app did not recognize my location I guess. My location is set to always on, my Bluetooth was on, and I even opened the app numerous times during the 4th quarter to check my points. Then, I submitted a screenshot from a Snapchat memory (with date and time shown) for an appeal, and it got denied because it wasn't a selfie with the scoreboard in the background. Atleast make the app work if the appeals process is going to be so strict.

UPDATE: Gameday is finally here, and now your app isn't even working. Great work y'all. You get students to stay at games by providing an enriching game experience (free and easily accessible cold water, cheaper food and drinks, shorter concession lines, better music, keeping traditions alive, the list goes on), NOT by holding them hostage.

This app has serious stability issues, constantly crashing even when not at the stadium and not on game day. Also, this app regularly tries to use GPS to verify location even when not on game day. Also, it appears that for a great many people the app failed to verify attendance in the 4th quarter. It would make far more sense to verify game attendance when the student uses their ticket to get into the game then use location services to verify attendance at any point during the 4th quarter.
