Everything you need to run your delivery shift is in one place — from the moment the office assigns you an order until the package is in the customer's hands.

SMART ORDER SCANNING
• Scan the QR code on any Fanousi shipping label to instantly confirm pickup
• Scan again at the customer's door to complete the delivery — no typing needed
EVERYTHING ABOUT EVERY ORDER
• Customer name, address, and phone with one-tap Call or WhatsApp
• Navigate with Google Maps or Waze
• Full list of items in the parcel, payment method, and the exact cash amount to collect
• Notes from the dispatch office and from the customer
PROOF OF DELIVERY
• Verify handover with the customer's one-time code (OTP)
• Capture a delivery photo and recipient name
• Report failed deliveries with a reason so the office can react fast
CASH & EARNINGS
• Automatic record of every cash-on-delivery collection

BUILT FOR THE ROAD
