My experience of fantastic sams on great service was excellent. My rating is a three due to the fact that the app doesn't have actual prices it lists the service but not a tentative price range like $59.99 and up you know for coloring or cuts shampoo stuff like that. I believe the app should have prices instead of having to go there and read the prices on the wall you should be able to know the prices before you go to determine if you choose to go there or to go somewhere else

When I first downloaded this, you could book appointments. Now, its nothing more than a glorified phone book for their locations. All you can do is look up location information and gets links to the website. If it was literally anything in addition to that, I would have given more stars. They completely gutted the app.

I downloaded the app because it advertised that you can set up your appointment through the app. After quickly discovering that you can't actually make an appointment through it, I quickly deleted it. There's absolutely no point in having it if you can'tuse it to set up an appointment.
