Ratings and reviews

The app is not working regularly. It is not consistent. Sometimes it opens but most of the time it does not. This is very disappointing especially for the food delivery app. What happened to the system? Please fix it as soon as possible so we can use it properly. before the app was good but not anymore now in 2025.

Today I was waiting an order for more than 2 hours and the person who was supposed to pick up the order did not called me and the person I was sending him the order was shouting at me while rikaab didn't answered about my phone call and it was ringing for more than 4 minutes it is barely the worst customer service I had ever had😡

Very poor customer service At least you must look if the resturant can provide there "menus" , the resturant called me once to ask if i know how to cook my order like what's going on!!!!! And they take so much time "over two hours" that i get the food semi-frozen And there's no way to cancel your order or to reach the call center Also i hate that i need to explain my location every time It's just bad 👎
