BEWARE... They will charge their fees from some hundreds of euros to thousands and will only give a couple of weeks notice... we have been paying them about 100 euros per month on fees and now they decided to change their pricing policy to cover all booking offline and online, resulting in fees of more than 3000euros in our case (a small trampoline park) There are so many other options out there with much better interface and options for a fraction of the cost.

Used the app daily last summer and it worked great, but after a few months of inactivity, the app won't let me log in. I can still log in on a browser though. Tried updating, deleting and re-downloading...dont know what changed but it wont work now Emailed customer support (after they replied to my review) and never heard back from them. For now a browser will have to do

Avoid this company at all costs. I have Fareharbor as a bookimg engine for my tours. It is connected to all my platforms. But the connectivity suddenly stopped working ehicj automatically blocked all the futuee availabilities. I've been trying to contact them for days already and had no answer. I've lost over 4 thousand euros already on sales and they still have say nothing. These is the most unprofessional team I've worked with.
