Farfetch has been a complete disappointment. Three wrong-size orders in under two months, a refund they claimed was processed but never showed, and I had to chase them endlessly to fix their own mistake. I paid delivery and customs fees three times for errors that were NOT mine. Customer service is almost nonexistent—no follow-up, no accountability, nothing. This is unacceptable for a major company, and I’ve never experienced such poor service with any other online retailer.

High Sky Price!! Their advertisement kept popping up on screen, so I said, "Let me give it a try!" I wanted to buy the ON Running Cloudtilt, but man, the price was higher than the shops in Qatar!Given that GCC prices are already considered high, I found the app's prices to be even higher. Consequently, I have deleted the app.

The app is pretty good for buying designer options. One of the best options though is the option "make an offer" which enables the buyer to offer a price to the seller. It's a feature I haven't seen on other apps and it's pretty cool for a higher-end boutique app!
