Ordering is incredibly easy, and the customer service is excellent. The order tracking and follow-up emails are outstanding and keep you informed every step of the way. many items don't have useful size charts. many items can't even tell me what materials they're made off. "100% fabric" is useless information. waste of time

Ordered shoes which were delivered to the wrong address. I understand mistakes, however even though the delivery recipient had the wrong address and no signature, it still took 3 weeks from my initial enquiry to let me know this status after many follow ups. Now I need to wait another 2 weeks for refund. The communication from support was minimal. it was very frustrating. I love the products from Farfetch and am hoping its a one off as they have been good in the past.
