the game is a money grab. After a month or so the game play completely shifts to just a grind type game with no additional fun mechanics or missions. Every aspect of the game is to get you in with the initial mission based game play, but then switches to boring grind/collecting game. it is only pay to play as you have to pay for legendary assets. A few players have dropped $1000s (prob dvlprs) so you will never be competitive. look elsewhere for something more genuine. buy a console do not play.

the begining of the game was good when you were a sniper or a shooter but then the game showed it's true colors and it's just another clan base game where you have to upgrade your troops and building and wait for hours for them to finish. If the game stayed like in the begining I would play it but since it's another clan based game, I won't be playing it anymore.

in the very first mission at the point where I'm supposed to take out the heavy gunner with headshots, my rifle wouldn't shoot. I retried that part 10 or 15 times. couldn't get 1 shot to fire. I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. Update. I attempted to use the link you provided took me to the home page with no war to get to the service dept. just a link to download the game. I did manage to get to customer support on the game, but have heard nothing back yet.
