A single batch of shrimp is worth hundreds of millions, sometimes even over a billion, and the weight is still recorded in a notebook, the writing smudged by wet hands.

The Shrimp Weighing Log is an electronic logbook that replaces notebooks and pocket calculators used every time you stand at the pond — shrimp farmers and traders who buy from multiple ponds a day can all use it. Each basket is weighed, a single press of a button adds up, and the price is automatically calculated. After weighing, you compare the number of baskets with the other side directly on the weighing slip — matching or discrepancies are immediately apparent, eliminating arguments over miscounting.

The app runs completely OFFLINE — even with weak signal outside the pond, you can weigh. No internet, no login, no account needed. The weight, price, and outstanding debt remain in your device, not sent anywhere — no one can see your buying and selling prices. Free, no ads.

MAIN FEATURES • Fast weighing at the farm: Set standard basket weights — 15kg, 17kg for rock shrimp, 5kg, 7kg for oxygenated shrimp, any number you want. A single press of the button registers the weight, the machine vibrates to signal, so you don't have to look at the screen. If you press the wrong number, you can undo it; any basket can be corrected. • Two weighing modes just like at the farm: "Even weight recording" — every basket is recorded at the correct standard weight; "Record by weight" — the scale reads the number, enter the number, for example, typing 153 gives 15.3 kg. • Basket count verification: Enter the number of baskets and the other party counts them. Matches or discrepancies are immediately visible on the weighing slip — no more arguments over miscounting. • Neat and tidy weighing slips; Share via Zalo or SMS — both parties see the same number, no more blurry photos of the ledger sent back and forth. • Calculation of price by size (pieces/kg) and unit price (VND/kg). Weighing is done before finalizing the price — wait until the sample shrimp is tested, then enter the price, and the price will be automatically recalculated. • Sample shrimp caught by the driver are tested, and the deposit is paid in advance — the app deducts the entire amount, clearly showing the "Remaining" balance. This eliminates the confusion of remembering which ponds to catch shrimp from and which pond owners to deposit with. • Installment payments: record each payment (cash or bank transfer) and save a screenshot of the bank transfer receipt — so you can easily verify it later if someone claims "payment has been received." • Accounts receivable: how much is still owed and by how many days — the seller knows which driver hasn't paid, and the buyer remembers which ponds they owe money from; call or message via Zalo directly from the app. • Statistics on total weight, revenue, and accounts receivable by month/year/to date — how many deals per day, no need to manually add up the numbers at night. Export to Excel for warehouses or accountants. • Trawling nets: whether to harvest selectively or completely, 4-6 nets per pond — view the weight of each net. • Record the stocking date; the app automatically calculates how many days the shrimp have been raised. • Partner contact list: save the name, phone number, and address of people you frequently weigh with — call with one tap. • Weighing records are organized by pond; the final count is locked, preventing unauthorized alteration and future disputes; accidental deletions can be recovered from the trash. • Data is backed up to a file – the record remains intact even when changing machines.
