I have NEVER gotten this app to work..when I finally get logged in it says that there isn't an account associated with my username and password. So then I have to call them and am charged a 10$ fee to pay my loan payment over the phone maybe they do this purposely so they can get the 10 bucks. Each customer that has a loan through them is probably forced to call them to make the payment. We should get paid for taking 30 mins out of our day when we don't work there.They do Make an app that wrks

worked perfectly until last update. all numbers are written out and very difficult to view... even accidentally made two duplicate transactions. still waiting on it to be corrected...!

Never works right. Will not allow me to sign on. Tells me I have wrong ID or password. Will not allow me to reset password. Always have to call to reset password. Not a good working app at all.
