ReportFishDisease app is a farmer-friendly platform for timely reporting of finfish, shrimp and molluscan diseases.
ReportFishDisease is one of the key initiatives of National Surveillance Programme for Aquatic Animal Diseases (NSPAAD) being implemented by Department of Fisheries, Government of India under the scheme Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY) for surveillance and timely diagnosis of aquatic animal diseases. The app will interlink scientific community, state fisheries officials and MPEDA with fish farmers. Furthermore, it is an innovative communication channel which provides technical support to the farmers, entrepreneurs and extension personnel working in the field of fisheries and aquaculture.
