Actual service at the Milton branch is amazing. The staff are friendly and remember your face when you walk in. This low rating is for the app itself. Most of the time I get error messages. Other times the app times out for not loading. This is not user error/ poor connection... but lackluster coding and optimization by the developer. There should be a way to reset your pin. It is 2021 there is no excuse for having such a poorly barely functioning application.

Would love low balance alerts or large transaction pending notifications that I can customize for my budget and habits. Otherwise the app works every single time which is all I can really demand.

Only lacks ability to look further back in time. Works great otherwise.
