Honestly this app barely does the bare minimum. I can't count the times I've had issues right at the log in screen. No, I should not have to talk to support every single time just to log in.. or even go out of my way to log in on a desktop first then try again on my phone? This has been so much more of an inconvenience than not. I can't even check my balance most days anymore. I am very close to switching banks. I've been with Farmers my whole life and it's still very outdated.

Not user friendly. Always have issues. Every day we get an error message when trying to turn on our cards. We then have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. We no longer get notifications when our cards is used even though notifications have been allowed through the app and on my phone. We've been with this bank for about 20 years and are seriously considering closing out our accounts.

This app is ridiculous. They put a limit od how many deposits you can make abs how much money you can deposit in a certain amount of time. Vut i cannot find anything saying what the amount of transactions toy are allowed and when it resets. Honestly why would a bank limit the amount of deposits you are putting IN their bank?? They also say you can transfer $ between accounts instantly but its not really instant and will still charge you an overdraft fee.
