If I could give this application a true rating It would be -10!!This has been a totally frustrating transfer of apps. there's no need to switch to an application you cannot get into.you cannot use a pin.you cannot use your correct password and user name..because cannot identify you as a customer. I am having trouble getting in on my computer as well so now I have no access to anything that I need. I just switched back to this bank and i am thinking about switching away again this is ridiculous!

I have had issues from day one. Have had to call customer service ever time I need to use a feature on the app. And it never recognizes my credentials... and won't accept the "reset password " password. Caused my account to overdraft 2 months in a row because I can access the app or customer service when I needed them. Hate the app and the bank!

So annoying, I cannot get the app to take pictures to deposit checks. I've had 2 phones, same problem on both, all my permissions are turned on. Customer service just says it's your problem not ours. "Just try reinstalling the app" absolutely ridiculous and doesn't work.
