If I could give this application a true rating It would be -10!!This has been a totally frustrating transfer of apps. there's no need to switch to an application you cannot get into.you cannot use a pin.you cannot use your correct password and user name..because cannot identify you as a customer. I am having trouble getting in on my computer as well so now I have no access to anything that I need. I just switched back to this bank and i am thinking about switching away again this is ridiculous!

It just feels like a downgrade compared to the old app. It also freeze constantly and frequently won't load past the opening screen. There is limited information available to include no names on accounts, no notes for internal transfers, and only the past 30 days of transactions viewable.

Every time I try and use it I need to reset the password, and every time I need to reset the password there are technical difficulties to reset the password. I use two other banking apps without any issues, and one is for another local bank. Truly an awful bank app
