Ratings and reviews

Food was solid but the app was super frustrating. Confusing process ends up being the opposite of the value proposition of "relaxation in a jar" or whatever. It was difficult to identify which of the machines to order from. After taking my money, it turned out it wanted me to go to another machine that was right by it but out of view. Spent several minutes trying to find it and thinking it'd errored out. I regret trying to use the app to save on the purchase.

Food is pricey, but always fresh which is important to me. The app is very slow. I would give a higher rating if the rewards lasted longer! I have spent a lot of money here and thought I would of had many more reward points when I got on to app. No complaints about the food whatsoever, I have tasted A LOT of different dishes from farmers fridge!!

Installed app but can't get past second screen! Won't let me enter my phone number and the screen is frozen! Tried 3 times, 3 times too many!
