My last review was in 2024 shortly after downloading the app. while I'm used to the app now, it still is disappointing. there still is no option to use my fingerprint to log on (or any biometrics at all) which is extremely frustrating when i want to see my accounts quickly. entering a password each time is a hassle. And every single time I log on theres a pop up with a push notification permission. whether you accept it or dont it pops up every. single. time. you log in. its so annoying.

FIGFCU removed Zelle when switching to Tulee (a developer commented and said what they have is better, but I sent a payment with a relatives email and phone number, and over 24 hours later it's still pending. I guess I could get on board if it worked, but it obviously doesn't within the first week of being available), and the app is incredibly slow when clicking anything. it feels like we've gone back to 2009 in app design.

Another horrible attempt at an app from FIGFCU. The odd circular arrows to indicate deposit/withdrawal need to go. Just a simple plus or minus sign would do the trick and cause less confusion. I don't need to see some fancy icon next to my transaction that represents the company that I paid. Why can't there be a summary of all my accounts like there used to be? Now I have to swipe right or left to see my other accounts. This interface is clunky, ugly and slow. This app is a fail so far.
