When I first installed the app it was working great. I just got a new phone and the machine activity display is askew. Showing every even numbered machine (102, 104, 106) and not the odd numbers. And some text superimposed. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but didn't help. Cannot figure out how to correct. Any suggestions?

It seems sooooo sketchy. I don't want to today put my card info. If I accidently get my password wrong it shows a pop up that can't go away unless I restart the app. It won't show locations, and when I tap on add location it brings me to the coupon scanning. It's so under developed and I'd rather just go to the laundromat and sit there .

App does NOT have any functionality for loading funds to the loyalty account. App also completely fails when contacting customer support for help, issuing an "invalid email address" error when you click the submit button. Since there is no "email address" field on the form, that means the idiot that set up the application hadn't bothered to set an address up to receive the request for support. Way to go, scumbags... Just don't bother. The "loyalty rewards" aren't worth the hassle.
