Ratings and reviews

App is easy to order from and never had an issue with receiving orders. The reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because although the videos are nice, I don't want to sit through a an entire video to see the one item I am interested in. I would prefer to see front and back photos, be able to zoom in, ect. Videos should be an option for those that want to see them.

Very user friendly! The only problem I encountered was when I added an item to my waitlist. There isn't a return button at the top so I found myself hitting back on my phone which took me completely out of the app. You have to select the "home" icon to take you back. Other than that, it was a great online shopping experience!

Can't enjoy viewing app because it loads very slowly & then when you click on a particular item to look at it & go back it takes you to the very beginning & then it takes forever to get back to where you were. The app is very slow! Also, it kind of turns people off to purchase multiple items because you have to pay shipping on each individual item, however; I've received multiple items in one package and still ended up paying multiple shipping fees. I usually wait for the free shipping emails :(
