Couldn't give 0. Absolutely waste of time. First time when I used the app to link my bank using upi, it deducted amount twice. Raised the request and i never got the money back. 900 was deducted, and the account sent out of balance after crossing 3 tolls. No one is able to give answer where the money went? Also forget it of you change your phone number. They simply cannot change your mobile number, no matter what. Absolutely rubbish app. Don't use it to recharge, it will never happen

Very painful. App doesn't opens even after trying every possible thing, Uninstalling, clearing Cache, Data, Giving all permissions, Checking network, all possible remedies on Google etc. Developers must find solution and fix the issue. Several people face this similar problem and need to use Fastag for commuting as is evident from comments. Service needed must be provided

Pathetic user experience. I downloaded the app as I wanted to close my Fastag. The app doesn't open beyond the splashscreen. There is no way to close the Fastag or apply for new one. There are no instructions as regarding the processes. I was under the misconception that a government app called Fastag will have all the necessary information and services about the Fastag. but that is not the case. Very disappointing.
