This app is always down; it constantly says, "We're currently in high demand! Sorry, we're in high demand—seems like everyone loves Fastback! Please try again soon for your instant refund." The limit always goes down. I only had this app for a few days, and it still doesn't work. Since I have had this app, it hasn't even helped me get one refund yet.

im having issues logging back in to my account and they are taking fees out of my account.
