I tried to forcelose my loan within the cooling-off period and emailed Kissht three times, but they claim they never received my messages. Very frustrating experience — the process is not transparent, and there’s no proper support or acknowledgment even when you act within the timeframe.

I had a really bad experience with the Kissht app. My loan was shown as approved. KYC was completed, auto-debit was successfully set up through PhonePe, and EMI dates were shown. But when I clicked on "Disburse, " it suddenly said "Sorry, you are not eligible."Auto-debit is still active on PhonePe. I tried canceling it, but PhonePe says "Contact merchant", all of this for what? please cancel auto pay

I had really worst experience with kissht app.My loan was shown approved and KYC completed ,auto-debit was successfully set up thorough Paytm and Automatic payment set up was shown in Paytm .But when I clicked on 'Disburse',It suddenly said "sorry ,your payment was cancelled.And auto debit is still active on Paytm.i tried to cancel it with customer support but they won't solve this problem.After all This app shows new loan application and set up new auto debit.There is no loan history
