I got a charged for a powerbank that I never got sitting at home. No answer from support. Most of the powerbanks are old, degraded and not charging properly anymore.

I don't need to accept a million terms and conditions, grant permissions, set a password, and create a wallet just to rent a power bank. Powerfull was good, you shouldn't have merged it with this app, you blew it, I'll borrow a charger from someone for free.

Actually, when you want to use it, you're certainly in a hurry! But regarding my experience, it is awful! After hours of trying to register and uploading the document, I just received some fake notification to wait and finally didn't work at all.
