• REDESIGNED TRIP LIST & TIMELINES
View your schedule effortlessly using our brand-new tabbed layout. Instantly track your Pending, Current, and Completed jobs with live trip counts. Jobs are displayed as highly readable summary cards featuring a vertical stop timeline and inline action buttons.
• ADVANCED PENDING TRIP MANAGEMENT
Manage your incoming workload quickly. Confirm or reject trip assignments directly from your trip cards. When enabled by your fleet operator, you can also view and claim unassigned group jobs via the new "Available" trips tab.
• INSTANT STATUS UPDATES
Keep dispatchers and passengers informed in real-time. Update your trip progression inline with single-tap status advancements (En Route, On Location, On Board, Dropped) or choose custom statuses directly from your trip view.
• STREAMLINED CLOSING & BILLING WORKFLOWS
Take control of post-trip administrative tasks. Use the new "Closeout" workflow to finalize driver notes, odometer readings, and custom trip expenses like tolls or parking. Finalized trips notify billing instantly that your job is ready.

Track your personal financial history directly in the app. The updated card-based Driver Pay layout gives you 90 days of transparent payment history, including scheduled dates, actual trip dates, amounts, and payment statuses.
• INTEGRATED TRIP LEGEND & UTILITIES
Never guess what an icon means. Use the built-in Trip Legend popup to translate trip status markers like VIP indicators, Special Handling requirements, Garage Times, Spot Times, and balances due. Launch your native GPS navigation directly from any trip card with a single tap.
• CUSTOM OPERATOR INTEGRATIONS
Access your company's standard operating procedures (SOPs), training links, or internal support portals directly through custom web links seamlessly embedded by your fleet manager.
IMPORTANT OPERATIONAL NOTES:
• Background Location Tracking: This application requires continuous background and precise location tracking (GPS) to provide real-time updates to dispatchers and accurate ETAs to passengers. Location tracking is active ONLY when you are explicitly toggled "On Duty" in the app. It is never tracked when you are Off Duty.
• Account Registration: Drivers cannot register an account directly through this app. You must have a registered email address and password provided by a fleet operator utilizing the FASTTRAK Express or Ultimate cloud systems.
