I submitted withdrawal to my binance wallet and for more than two days now it's still pending (the crypto I deposited oh). For more three days their customer service is yet to respond to my complaint and there's no customer care email for questions/complaint but only in the app which from experience the probability of getting a reply within three days is very small.

Do not put your money here please. It is a scam. The bots fill in the current stock price information, to make it look good so that you can deposit. When you do you will never see your money again. Fool me once, you will not do it again. If you want a better app. The fees are pretty high but at least Kucoin will let you withdraw your funds. Hope the best for you.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. this app has ridiculous fees. To withdraw they will charge you at least half of what you're withdrawing. You have to buy 100k coins just to be eligible to withdraw and then they will charge you 50k of those coins to withdraw. Scammers!!
