UPDATE: 2 STARS NOW! Can't get the app to work proper on any device. I am still able to sign in via online. Frustrated...I'd be unfortunate if I had to change up processing companies... Use to work most of the time. I've been using stax for years, and the rates are good. However, the app is glitchy, caused some delays and complications w customers, but for the most part was okay. Uninstalling and reinstaling is not helping! PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE! :( It's been weeks!

Unable to modify or delete anything. Couldn't det reader to connect. Not once. They have no answer for that...... Half the time, I can't enter customer details, and the payment will not be processed without it. This whole system is really not worth it. I am canceling.

The service itself, for me, is one of the best out there as far as fees if you're an smb. However, the mobile app, while it looks nice is missing a lot of basic features like filter views for invoices. Hopefully this gets improved.
