Faultdesk turns site walks into handover-ready reports. Capture faults on the spot, pin them to the page of the plan, keep working offline, then file a numbered, severity-ranked report your client can act on.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Walk the site. Capture each fault with a title, severity, optional notes, and a photo. The camera works the same whether you're indoors, on a roof, or in a basement.
• Pin faults to the plan. Double-tap to drop a pin exactly where the defect lives on the plan. Pinch and pan dense pages without losing your place.
• Photos that survive site conditions. Originals are kept full-resolution; a compressed copy uploads first so a slow site connection doesn't slow you down.
• Work offline, fully. Drafts persist the second you create them. The upload queue survives airplane mode, app restarts, and going home for the day.
• Visible sync state. Every fault shows its status: draft, queued, uploading, synced, or failed. No silent failures, no missing rows.
• File a real handover report. Numbered faults, severity rankings, photos, and pins on the plan, generated as a PDF you can email, print, or share via a private link.
• Invite your team. Owner, admin, member, viewer are assigned per workspace. New members get an email invite and land in the right org with the right permissions.

WHY FAULTDESK

• Offline-first, not offline-tolerant. The current audit's plan, draft faults, photos, and pins are all cached locally. You can finish a walk in a dead-zone basement and sync at the carpark.

• Tenant isolation enforced at the database layer (Postgres row-level security). Your audits are your audits.

Faultdesk does not sell personal data, show ads, or use the Google Advertising ID. Photo EXIF metadata (including GPS coordinates when present) is extracted at upload so you have a record of where each fault was captured. Full policy at faultdesk.com/privacy.
