About this app
Favri Cargo is a client app for a cargo service delivering parcels from China to Tajikistan.
In the app, you can:
- create an account using your name and phone number;
- receive a personal client code and warehouse address in China;
- track the status and history of your parcels;
- receive notifications about important changes;
- view current rates;
- calculate approximate costs by weight or volume;
- arrange city delivery;
- see the name and number of the assigned courier;
- review delivery terms and conditions and a list of prohibited items;
- edit your profile information or delete your account.
Parcels are delivered via courier to the specified address. Pickup at the warehouse is not available.
Free city delivery for parcels weighing 3 kg or more. Couriers work Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Sunday is a day off.
Delivery is usually completed the same day. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 3 days.
The estimates in the app are preliminary. The final cost is determined based on the actual weight, volume, and characteristics of the parcel, as well as the current rate.
