Ratings and reviews

First time trying this app. It took a little navigation to get the hang of it but it works well enough for what I need. Tested by faxing to doctor's office and they received it fine. They faxed back and it was received fine. Very reasonably priced for simple faxes.

The app is unusable. When I first log in, I am able to see the received and sent faxes. But the next time I pull up the app, the received and sent faxes won't show up in the app. I either have to log off the app and log back on to see them or just go to the website and log in and see the faxes. I don't like this app at all. It's useless.

Very easy to use and we'll priced. Switched from a major fax service to Faxage. I'm a small small small business and this was the perfect solution for me. Easy to use and reasonably priced.
