FAXpon is a fax service that sends PDF documents and photos to a specified fax number.

Even when you don't have time to go to a convenience store, don't have a fax machine at home, or suddenly need to send a fax to a government office, hospital, or real estate company, you can send faxes using only your smartphone.

[How to calculate the fee]
Base fee ¥78 + ¥120 per page
Example: For 2 pages, ¥78 + ¥120 x 2 = ¥318

• Adding a cover sheet: +¥20 (adds 1 page to the transmission count)
• Documents up to 20 pages are supported

The fee is incurred for each fax transmission.

This is a pay-per-transaction model where the transaction is completed upon successful transmission.

■ Automatic Resend and Refund Policy in Case of Transmission Failure
If transmission fails due to reasons beyond the user's control, such as line errors, recipient's line being busy, or temporary fax service outages, the system will automatically attempt to resend up to three times. There are no resend fees. If transmission is still unsuccessful after automatic resends, a refund will be considered and handled on a case-by-case basis. Failures due to user-related reasons, such as incorrect number entry, are not eligible for a refund.

■ Address Book Function
Frequently used recipients (business partners, government offices, hospitals, etc.) can be saved on the device. Next time, you can skip recipient entry with a single tap.

■ Transmission History
Past transmission history is saved on the device. You can view a list of transmission date and time, recipient, number of pages, fee, and transmission result. You can also select the same recipient to send new documents.

【About Payment】 Card information is not stored by FAXpon; it is processed by a payment processing company.


[Privacy] Document data uploaded by users will be deleted from our system after the fax transmission is complete. Transmission history, address book, and sender information on your device will be saved to your browser's local storage. The fax number, cover sheet, fees, and document storage location required for transmission are handled on our servers and by our contractors. Documents are deleted after transmission, and the fax number and cover sheet contents are anonymized for up to one year.
