App won't allow me to log on to see my bill or even pay. Not a convenient app at all. They finally have an app that matches their terrible over the phone service. Very useless app now. Update: This app is STILL useless. I try to log on, and the little loading icon keeps spinning, but never goes to my account information. If I could give it a negative star rating, I would. NOT AT ALL CONVENIENT!!!

It does what it is supposed to. But it is really buggy. My problem is that it seems to have trouble connecting to the server. Half the time the app wont load and gives me a can not connect to server error. Also it sometimes doesnt recognise my password even though i typed it correctly. Just work out the bugs and the app would be much better.

I guess I will add my comment to the already heaping amount of negative comments. Cannot sign in. On website, so I tried the app. After several tries, the app could find me via account number and zip code... But then would not load the bill. The website on my pc stopped letting me log in a few days ago.
