About this app

RIDER DASHBOARD:

- Use the Live Rider Dashboard while riding and keep track of all important riding data
- Shows you live motor power, rider power, battery level, speed and current cadence
- Record distance traveled, duration of ride, calories burned and average speed if needed.

CUSTOMIZER:

- Create your own personal riding experience and change the assist mode settings in line with your individual needs and preferences.
- Answer a few simple questions about yourself (e.g. your fitness level) and what you’d like to do with your e-bike (e.g. ride in the mountains). Based on your responses, the three assist modes (Breeze, River, and Rocket) are then modified according to certain parameters.
- Save your settings to as many assist profiles as you’d like, with custom titles, descriptions, and profile pictures.
- Of course, since you know yourself better than anyone, you can always refine the settings in your profile. Precision adjustments to each parameter are also easy to make at a later point in time.
- All of your profiles are saved in the FAZUA App—where you can access them at any time to select just the right one for you next ride.

- Browse through different public profiles and get inspired!
- Access a selection of profiles developed by FAZUA for various riding experiences and usage scenarios.
- Use the Store to download new profiles that match your individual needs and ride like a pro!

Ratings and reviews

Pretty clunky but functional. No real glitches, but globally underdeveloped. Ads ("news") are front-page, and the entire home screen is useless. You have to find the firmware screen, and there's nothing to check for new firmware or affirm that you have the current version. The useful features are scattered around the app, and not in any logical structure. You should just tap a bike, and it show everything relating to that bike and nothing more. It's odd that a dev company would think otherwise.

The Bluetooth connection is so finicky and flaky. I had it paired initially, then had to reset my phone and am unable to pair it again after trying every troubleshooting step I have found as well as tried several other phones. Apart from that issue, the app is not very useful. I would like to request that the app display the total miles on the system, and actual battery health (not just charging capacity). I hope you guys can fix the connection problems soon!

This app is TERRIBLE! You have to have a secret PIN to pair it. Where do you get that? Well it's supposed to be on a flimsy piece of cardstock attached to the bike when you get it. But of course, it's not there because reasons. It should just have a pairing mode that you activate. Or just display a combination of LED lights that you have to match on the app. There are five lights providing 32 potential combinations. That's plenty. Why do they have to make it so obnoxious to pair?
