About this app

Admin App is a field-level management application designed to help authorized
administrators manage customers, EMI operations, payments, documents, and mobile
device security from one place.
With the Admin App, authorized Admins can register and manage customers, maintain
customer information, manage EMI details, record payments, update collection status, and
handle required customer documents.
Key Features:
• Customer Management
Register and manage customers with essential information such as name, NID number,
email, IMEI 1, IMEI 2, customer address, and other required details.
• EMI Management
View and manage customer EMI information, including total EMI amount, EMI start date,
EMI tenure, due date, and installment schedules. Admins can also update EMI schedules
when required.
• Payment & Collection
Record customer payments and update collection status to maintain accurate EMI recovery
records.
• Document Management
Manage required customer documents such as NID, TAX, VAT, and other applicable
documents.
• Device Management
Manage customer device-lock operations associated with EMI accounts. Admins can apply
device locks according to the assigned authorization and system process.
• Mobile Security Controls
The system supports mobile security controls including device lock functionality
• Customer Data Access
Admins can access and manage only their assigned customers and lock-related data. One
Admin cannot access another Admin's customer or lock data.
• Secure Role-Based Access
Admin App operates within a role-based hierarchy. Admins receive field-level operational
access while higher-level system controls remain with authorized Master Admins and Super
Admins.
• EMI Customer Information
Manage important EMI-related information including EMI amount, start date, tenure, due
date, payment history, and customer device information.
• Android Support
The application is designed for Android devices and supports Android versions 10 through
18 according to the current system specification.
Admin App is intended for authorized personnel responsible for customer registration, EMI
management, payment collection, documentation, and device security operations. Access to
features and customer data is controlled according to assigned permissions.
Important: Features and access may depend on the user's assigned role, authorization,
server configuration, and applicable system policies.
