used to have a great experience until I renewed my expired card. The app is not allowing me to add the new card and the team on whatsapp help are clueless on what to do.

This app is not opening. Do you guys test these apps before they are launched. It's so frustrating that we can't view our accounts and make payments. The other apps are equally bad and malfunctioning. Installing and uninstalling apps in the hope that it will work is not a good way of doing business. Something must be done urgently

I would give more stars but am disappointed that you don't put how much transaction fees are. I recently paid for dstv and ordered a few things online. Money was just deducted for the transaction but am not sure how much. Please make it a habit to show us how much each transaction cost. Most banks do it. Why not you?
