It is often wrong, and there's no way to correct information so we lose savings because of technological errors. my husband and I both have this, for whatever reason it won't let him change to "passenger" when we are both in the car and I'm driving. it says it "learns", but it still mixes us up when we very frequently have a "his" car and "her" car. It also has a delay and will mark "distracted" driving when I have out my phone down and put it into drive.

good app to keep me aware of issues. my problem in the app is there isnt adequate Information on some trips to know how to do better. I'll get less than 5 stars on a trip but no incidents. it is tracking and scoring based on criteria I can't see. I have multiple examples. How can I get better if I don't know why. also it drives me nuts my overall score is a one star for a trip for one hard break. each trip needs a score from 1 to 100 so I can do better. not just a star ranking.

It was easy to set up and has helped me become more aware of my driving habits, which is why it got a 2. Other than that, it keeps decreasing my score when it doesn't show any "events" have been logged and 5 stars for all of my trips. I don't understand how it keeps decreasing my score! I'm starting to wonder if this is worth getting a discount, as I feel like the app will continue to decrease my score so I don't get the discount! Please fix this issue, as I enjoy tracking my driving habits!!!
