The official FBM Construction mobile application brings together FBM Residence residents, site staff, and the FBM Construction sales team under one roof.

FOR RESIDENTS
• Dues: view outstanding balances, pay via bank transfer, and upload receipts
• Requests: submit fault and maintenance requests with photos and monitor their status in real time
• Announcements: receive instant notifications from site management
• Gates & Barriers: open your block entrance and parking barrier from the app
• License Plates: register your vehicle license plate and enter the parking lot contactless
• Messages: communicate directly with management, doorman, and security
• Surveys: vote on site decisions
• Reservations: reserve spaces in common areas

FOR SITE STAFF (management, doorman, security)
• Request management and response to resident messages
• Remote gate/barrier opening and access logs
• Expense tracking and cash register

FOR FBM CONSTRUCTION TEAM
• Available apartment inventory (for sale/rent) and reservations
• Customer tracking: sales funnel from application to sale
• Appointments and company-wide application pool
• Management center: goals, team, and user permissions

Application Access is via accounts defined by the site administration: residents log in with their phone number and SMS code, while FBM Construction personnel log in with their email and password. There is no membership/registration process within the application.
