The app experiences two many downtimes where users cannot access key information. The customer support also tends not to respond at this time. It would truly be better to be without an app, at least the customers would know they are required to always come to the premises physically than this inconvenience of an app.

I can't even register on the app, the customer service isn't helping matters. I have sent several mails but couldn't solve my issue. Pls fix the app so that I can register. 0% from me Thank you

Hi, your app is not that bad tho. Personally, the UI and UX doesn't look great at the moment but I think there are several things you could. First of all, you need to work on the UX, the app keeps saying operation error when I input my details and when I try to load a screen that I don't have data on it also says operation error. Secondly, maybe you should do more testing before you ship out the next release because the UI elements and trend looks outdated and dense. Thanks
