Ratings and reviews

I can't login the app and it didn't send me OTP message after I registered a new account. Next day, same thing happened. It kept showing " I type it wrong, please enter correct ID again". I thought opening a new account online would be easier than doing it in real stock exchange. However, the situation is even opposite and making registration even more difficult. I'd rather open an account in physical stock exchange than online app. So disappointing!

It keeps crashing on me with the new version. I have tried uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times per my broker’s suggestion. The problem persists or gets worse. Now right after I log in, it flashes and crashes. I cannot access my account. No wonder its rating is so low with many bad reviews. I can feel the frustration!

I hadn't used my account for a while. Just installed this app trying to get the certificate, got the OTP, had to put in the password again but it kept telling me the password is expired!!
