Official release of the mobile banking app for the Savings and Social Development Bank.
The app user must have a bank account at one of the branches of the Savings and Social Development Bank. After installing the app, the user selects “Create Account.” The app asks the user to specify the branch where the bank account is located, then asks the user to specify the type of account (savings or current account). The user is then asked to enter the account number and press the “OK” button. The app sends a text message to the customer's phone number. registered in their branch records. The message contains a username and a one-time password that the customer can change later. Therefore, the customer should ensure that their branch records are complete to ensure that the text message is sent to the correct phone number.
