I'm positive that no one at Flex MLS ever uses this app. It feels like the app is an afterthought." We have one cause all the others have one". There is NO easy way once in any MLS property to return the same property after clicking on tax data or history, or any associated link. I know someone will respond. It's a CRMLS issue or something else. No, it's really an issue of product quality. Just make it work without continual error messages. What junk!

If I could give this app 0 Stars I would. Both the desktop version and this app are missing one crucial thing for buyer's agents. An interactive map that shows the houses that are listed in the area where you are and you can just tap on the house and get all the information. The desktop version doesn't allow you to print out a map with your selected showing that day without a full report.. I just want the map so I can decide the order of my showing. I miss rapattoni. A much better app and mls!

For an app that is paid for by dues and should be reliable since its used to show and search houses for clients on the go....it is absolute trash! Unreliable, buggy, freezes constantly, won't scroll without hitting buttons on the screen, freezes some more....takes 15 min to get info on one house IF you have the address or MLS#... If you just want to search an area just use a different app or get to a computer, it will save you a lot of frustration and time. Time is money and this app is a waste of both.
