Ratings and reviews

This app has so many glitches and is not updated with all the modern capabilities other apps have. You can not pinch a photo to increase the size. The photos are low quality and sometimes need to be increased. The redirect buttons do not take you where they are supposed to. For example, the DIRECTIONS button works intermittently. The showing time button malfunctions regularly. I could go on and on, but there is no point. If you are thinking about using this app, don't!

Frequent log outs, hard to use, bad app. When your clients get more information from Zillow then you can get from the MLS it's not a good look. I can't search for addresses through this app unless they are on one particular local MLS. If it's on any other MLS in Southern California, the property is invisible through the app. I called support they told me to search using the advanced search feature, the advanced feature does not work and crashes every time.

App glitches all the time. Constant log outs. Showingtime doesn't connect half the time. Saved Searches only show a third of the total number of houses in the search. Very disappointing, and frustrating. This app should work just like the desktop version. Most agents are mobile nowadays. Major inconvenience
