I have tried and failed multiple times to log into the app through Digid. Instead, I get an error message that reads, "App activation was unsuccessful. Please try again. (13)" And yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it still won't work 😭 It would be great to have this fixed and have the app run seamlessly.

Hallo Judith, wat jammer dat de app na opnieuw installeren het nog steeds niet doet. Ik heb op dit moment geen oplossing voor je. Ik ga je signaal doorzetten naar de IT afdeling. Groet, FBTO Webcare

The app is in English and it works well for now. But i find it ridiculous and absolutely short sighted to be required to have your phone AND AN INTERNET CONNECTION to access your zorgpas. What if you are abroad and don't have roaming, don't have your phone, has no battery, data plan, or have no phone signal? Let me be clear: the app doesn't let you log in without an internet connection. Awful idea from people who don't care about the user. Shame i have to wait one year to switch companies
