About this app

Quickly and safely arrange your healthcare affairs in the FBTO Care app

Logging into our app is always done through DigiD to ensure you have easy and safe access to your personal data. You can view the app in Dutch or English.

See quickly:
• How you are insured. And who is co-insured with you
• Your reimbursements
• Care costs you incurred and what we reimbursed
• How much deductible you have left

Easily arrange things yourself:
- Your claims. Take a photo and send it in. The money will be in your account the next working day.
- Your authorisation for transport.

And did you know that your health insurance card is also in the app? So you always have it within reach!

Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't work outside The Netherlands. It goes into a loading loop and stops.

The app is in English and it works well for now. But i find it ridiculous and absolutely short sighted to be required to have your phone AND AN INTERNET CONNECTION to access your zorgpas. What if you are abroad and don't have roaming, don't have your phone, has no battery, data plan, or have no phone signal? Let me be clear: the app doesn't let you log in without an internet connection. Awful idea from people who don't care about the user. Shame i have to wait one year to switch companies

it's a great idea, but needs improvement ... • it's not 100% clear how to send a file in your download folder - needed to open the file manually and then share it with the fbto app. would have been easier if I could have browsed the download directory and opened the file with the fbto app. • app does not accept cents, so you have to round the declaration amount. the app error message doesn't tell you that, but found out via another review

What’s new

With this version, submitting claims is easier for (parents with) multiples. The payment environment has been updated with the new iDEAL | Wero logo. We have made technical improvements as well to ensure a more stable app.
