Ratings and reviews

If I could give it a zero I would. Won't update , ie gas mileage, vehicle status etc, all it allows me to do is start the vehicle. No GPS location , no daily trips other than those input into the nav system. Take a look at Jaguar's remote app, so much better. I'm coming from an ftype to a ghibly ..cars are both stunning in their own way. Jaguar wins in the remote app.

As others have said, the app work only once to update the gas, milage and other stats. The location does it work either. The only thing that works is the remote door lock and unlock. Maserati should be able to do better what a poor representation of the brand.

I would love to give this app 5 stars. However, I cannot remote start my (very expensive) 2024 MC 20 using the app with any regularity. I can lock, unlock and locate the vehicle 10 out of 10 times using the app. I am lucky to start the vehicle 1 out of 20 times. I would really appreciate Maserati customer support reaching out and helping me resolve my remote start issue. If that were to happen I could give the app 5 out of 5 stars.
