before the last update there was the option for the OTP to be sent to your phone or email which was great. now it is only the phone and by the time that text comes my session is expired, failure! i have been unable to finish the registration process as a result. good ting i have online banking as well!

Initially I Loved it. I gave it 5 stars especially since I didn't have to open up on a browser. However, now everytime I try to go look at my credit card stuff as I swipe the screen goes blank. Other wise I like it I guess.🤷🏽‍♀️

Terrible app. Took 8 days to login. Y'all should download the Scotiabank app and see what a real banking looks like. Update. Why does a banking app need access to my phone calls???
