Received my credit card today and cannot activate it. The options they list in the steps simply don't exist within the app. Called the credit card center and their IVRs aren't functioning so their automated system can't detect that I'm pressing digits to navigate their menu. Sometimes I wonder why I'm even with this bank. Thinking about leaving. I shouldn't have to deal with this.

After I enter the details in the app, I'm redirected to a webpage to finish the setup, but whenever I enter my password and click login, it gets converted into random gibberish characters, so I can't login. Rubbish! Update 2025: Gave it another try. With all my other banking apps, I simply login with my credentials, with this one, you have to go through an entire process first. When finished it then asks for precise location, all the time. No other banking app asks for this much info. Removed.

I've enjoyed using this app until recently. There clearly has been some update or change on the back end because I'm no longer able to navigate through the app. The options now float up on my notification bar, so I have exit and log in multiple times if I have to do multiple transactions. Y'all were doing well... FIX IT
