Lousy App, more so after Samsung updates to One UI 8 and the app. Frequent App crashes even after uninstall and re-install. On the S26 Ultra under Samsung's One UI 8.5, whenever I try using the First Citizens Mobile Banking App, it very briefly opens for a few seconds, then abruptly closes. The app still works on my S22 Ultra with a failed display, under One UI 8.0. Also, I finally found, that non-alphanumeric characters used in 'Remarks' using the "Transfer" feature, caused it to fail.

I've enjoyed using this app until recently. There clearly has been some update or change on the back end because I'm no longer able to navigate through the app. The options now float up on my notification bar, so I have exit and log in multiple times if I have to do multiple transactions. Y'all were doing well... FIX IT

The most recent update of this app has rendered it practically unusable. the navigation menu to the top of the app is now obscured by the top of my phone display, so I'm unable to use the app's menu to navigate between pages or even back to the home dashboard. I need to exit the app completely and open it again to complete multiple tasks. I am also unable to scroll down on the list of categories (new feature), when I conduct payments/transfers.
