Since the latest update, I haven't been able to login. Why does the app need access to manage and monitor my phone calls and read phone records? Unless a good reason is given I cannot agree to that.

Why does First Citizens Bank want the option to control my phone calls etc. Why is access to that required for me to use a mobile banking app and I can't see my bank information... fix that glitch. You have no right to my phone

before the last update there was the option for the OTP to be sent to your phone or email which was great. now it is only the phone and by the time that text comes my session is expired, failure! i have been unable to finish the registration process as a result. good ting i have online banking as well!
