The mobile app does not work properly. Every time I want to see my balance, it says: "Error with First Commonwealth Bank... We are currently unable to access your account activity. Please try again later". This happens constantly. It's very frustrating. I have the mobile app for convenience so I don't have to call in and wait on hold. Customer service says there is no issue on their end, but it is on their end!

Ever since the most recent update, it has been very difficult and most times impossible to access my account through your mobile app. This notice pops up "Authenication Issue turn on your automatic date and time and sign in again" over and over, and over, on and on, forever until I stop trying. I have called 3 times concerning this and emailed customer service, still no resolution. If this doesn't get fixed, I will have to switch banks to one that the mobile app works.

I keep getting an error message when transferring money in or out of my 5 accounts. It doesn't matter if it's an internal or external account transfer. The transactions show money has been moved,but the available balance shows otherwise. Holds do not show as pending transactions,and they should. The math does not add up correctly. When questioned about it in the chat, I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. I have reported that the errors still occur and have not received a response.
