The mobile app does not work properly. Every time I want to see my balance, it says: "Error with First Commonwealth Bank... We are currently unable to access your account activity. Please try again later". This happens constantly. It's very frustrating. I have the mobile app for convenience so I don't have to call in and wait on hold. Customer service says there is no issue on their end, but it is on their end!

Ever since the most recent update, it has been very difficult and most times impossible to access my account through your mobile app. This notice pops up "Authenication Issue turn on your automatic date and time and sign in again" over and over, and over, on and on, forever until I stop trying. I have called 3 times concerning this and emailed customer service, still no resolution. If this doesn't get fixed, I will have to switch banks to one that the mobile app works.

Second time in less than 10 days that you cant access mobile banking, first commonwealth gives no explanation to their customers as to whats going on. Cant use any of the features on the app. balance is always inaccurate, seems like it's at least always 1 day behind, been with this bank since 2008 but definitely going to be closing my accounts and going to a different bank.
