Latest update is absolutely horrible. It keeps changing the settings on my phone. I thought it was my mistake until it kept happening and also happened to my husband's phone as well. Every single time I sign in it asks to set up security ON DEVICE not the app. It is very invasive and ridiculously obnoxious. I can understand and appreciate tighter security but the pin worked just fine. I hope yall can work this out or we will definitely be deleting the app maybe switching banks.

The app is pretty good, the bank itself however isn't my favorite. I don't get my direct deposit paycheck until the same day that I would If I were getting a paper check. Also they are very quick to lock your debit card due to "Fraud" which is a big hassle since the "Fraud" is just me making a transaction. It is a huge inconvenience to have to call and talk to somebody to unlock your card if you didn't see the text message or in app message from the bank asking if you made the transaction.

Transactions are NEVER up to date like the old app. The old app was way more proficient. You don't mess with a working system. This app and layout is redundant. You can't see your balance for each transaction. Just overall balance. It automatically groups all transactions on all accounts which is very frustrating when trying to keep up with your balance per account. No longer a quick and easy.
