WHAT HAPPENED? This used to be a great app. Now it's useless. I'm hoping that I don't need to change banks, but if they don't fix this... UPDATE: I determined that it was my home network that stopped the app from working. When I disable network access on my phone, the app works. I don't know what changed, and other financial apps aren't affected.

It was pretty good for a while. I liked the update for the fingerprint scan but as someone else mentioned, it stopped working suddenly. Customer service told me to get the new update but I already had it, so I tried an uninstall/reinstall and now I can't get in because the verification email never arrives. edit: got back into the app and it was working just fine for a few months, then the fingerprint sensor just stopped working again. There's definitely a bug here.

To those reviews having issues logging in, it's a new service and you have to create a new login! The same is true for the website now as well. I actually created my new login on a computer and have had no connection issues with the app and it uses my fingerprint to login. That said, I tried to do a transfer and it took too long. Wanted to try again and give it more time before i reviewed, but thought people needed to know you can login once you create a new login!
