It was pretty good for a while. I liked the update for the fingerprint scan but as someone else mentioned, it stopped working suddenly. Customer service told me to get the new update but I already had it, so I tried an uninstall/reinstall and now I can't get in because the verification email never arrives. edit: got back into the app and it was working just fine for a few months, then the fingerprint sensor just stopped working again. There's definitely a bug here.

App is too slow. Called tech support and was able to get logged in but it takes forever to open links within the app if they open at all. Need logout option visible on more screens esp the home screen. I shouldn't need to access my profile to logout of the app. Closing the app doesn't automatically log you out either which is a huge web safety issue. Can login without any problem but can't do much once logged in. Every screen just attempts to load but never does.

To those reviews having issues logging in, it's a new service and you have to create a new login! The same is true for the website now as well. I actually created my new login on a computer and have had no connection issues with the app and it uses my fingerprint to login. That said, I tried to do a transfer and it took too long. Wanted to try again and give it more time before i reviewed, but thought people needed to know you can login once you create a new login!
