Ratings and reviews

Pretty standard banking app. That said, about 60% of the time during the week and all weekend, my info is unavailable and does not update, nor can I use the majority of the banking functions, like pay bills, transfer etc. Doesnt matter if I'm on Wi-Fi or cell service, the app basically doesn't work expect during banker's hours. Been banking with FCN since '07, and this alone is enough to explore other banking options.

Never been the best app. Had it's good times and bad. Been using it for a couple years but right now it's having some kind of "updating" error where it keeps saying it's updating but never progresses. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall but that didn't fix the problem. Also cleared storage and cache. The browser version still works, not perfect but it works.

When I open the app it prompts me to update it, then since it is updated the play store asks me if I want to open it. Then after I open it, it takes way to long to update. Liked the old app better. Update: 6-30-22 Here we are a year later and it is still having problems syncing. It is so irritating especially when you need to use features in this app. Still needs work. 🤬🤬
