About this game

Run a tuition centre. Hire the teachers, set the fees, and find out whether the business survives the term. FC Education is a school management sim where the classroom is the easy part.

Payroll clears whether or not the term went well. Three reputations sit on the top bar, and every incident shows you which one you just traded away. Cash is tight on purpose.

RUN THE TUITION BUSINESS
Set the fee tier and watch what it does to enrolment, then watch payroll take it back at the end of every week. There is no bank to call and no investor waiting: run the balance down to nothing and the centre closes. This is a business simulator where the money is the puzzle.

HIRE TEACHERS, THEN AFFORD THEM
Every candidate is a card — the subjects they can teach, how many students they can hold, the wage you will be paying every week, and a crest for the calibre you are buying. A senior who costs twice a junior has to earn it twice over. Energy drains while they teach and morale moves with how the term is going, so the brilliant hire running on empty by week six is a different problem from the steady one who never excels.

DECISIONS THAT COST SOMETHING
Incidents arrive with their options laid out and the cash price on each, and the ones you cannot afford are marked before you reach for them. A parent complaint, a tutor at the end of their patience, a rival opening down the road. Answer one and the game names the exact trade in stars: which reputation you just bought, and which one paid for it.

FIVE LEVELS, GRADES F TO A
Each level sets goals you can read straight off the top bar — enrolment, cash, grades, reputation. Clear them and the centre moves up: a room at home, a shoplot, two floors, an academy, and an exam season that tests all of it at once.

BUILD THE CENTRE, THEN OUTGROW IT
Lay out classrooms, a reception, a library, a staff room, and fifteen facilities that set the grade of the room they stand in — which is what your students actually feel. Add a second floor when the ground one is full. When the building itself becomes the limit, move the whole centre into a bigger one.

PLAYS THE WAY A PHONE PLAYS
Portrait, one thumb, and the clock stops whenever a menu is open. No energy meters. No timers running while the app is closed. No daily-login anything. Time passes only while you are actually playing, and the game is exactly the same offline.

FAIR BY DESIGN
Nothing on sale touches the money, the grades or the reputation you earned. One purchase removes ads; diamonds buy decorative themes for the centre and nothing else. Neither one plays the game for you.

The shop no longer offers a diamond pack larger than there is anything to spend
it on. If you have bought one already, those diamonds are still yours.

CCTV cost $5,000 and did nothing at all. It is free until it does something.

Tapping a purchase twice could close the game. It no longer can.

And a goal that read "Employ 1 teachers" has learned to count.
