FNBSPI can't seem to activate Bill Pay features. One department says it works and charges me $5.95 a month for the service. Another says that I have no accounts authorized to pay from, and blocks me from adding payees. In addition to that, I am charged $2.00 a month to link a savings account and $8.00 a month to have a checking account despite the fact that I have a qualifying recurring electronic deposit. When my account was opened almost 14 years ago, qualifying direct deposits exempted fees.

Really enjoyed the convenience of the online deposit. Very easy to use!
